Can someone explain why a payment for goods, that I have not received shows that the payment was made via paypal but the transaction is not showing in my paypal account. I am again, unable to resolve this problem with anyone? The only company I have had any response, is who I thought I purchased the goods from. They have claimed its on the way, which was 9 days ago and have since told me to take it up with paypal resolution. Im going round in circles here.
