Hi, I'm a depop seller and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, where their buyers can't purchase anything from their shop and it says "Sorry, an error occurred with the payment. Please contact support if this issue persists." (from the buyer's point of view) I already tried contacting depop and they said that they will investigate further. Please let me know if anyone has experience in solving this, I'm very worried that no one will be able to purchase anything from my shop. Thanks.
