Claimed money is not showing in account.

Hi there, I am using PayPal for the first time. I withdrew my Fiverr money into my Paypal account a few days ago. Then I received a message from Paypal on 21st that I have received money and there was an option to claim it, however, after claiming the money, it's not showing in my account and on top of that there is no transaction history showing either. Why is this happening? Does it take time for the money to show in the account?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
