Charged full payment price for purchase and first payment of Pay in 3 at the same time :(

I have just made a purchase via my PayPal account.  I opted for the pay in 3 option, but it appears that I have been charged the full item price and the first instalment of pay in 3 ? 

Can anyone help with this ?

Morning: Although the first payment was pending it appears that it wasn't taken. This was after several emails to PayPal to confirm the pay in 3 was cancelled. Hope this helps. Adam

Where did you email them? They don’t provide their email on their “contact us” section just a chat box which doesn’t help or takes long for a live person to reply
