Card set-up problem

When i'm trying to link-up my card ( i think it's a DEBIT CARD ) It tells me that: "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method."

Check its a card in the list on your country below.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
