The seller has agreed about refund and sent it to me to PayPal, but now PP tells the refund money has been sent back to the seller. PP says in my settings stands: " You want yourself to accept or discard this kind of payments" (<removed>). How can I change those refund-settings in my account - so that the refunds can be taken?
