I recently have been waiting on a refund, it finally says it is resolved however it has a green line through the refunded amount and says "canceled." During the time I was waiting on my refund I lost my debit card and ordered a new one under the same checking account number. I guess my question is, has my money been refunded, and will it just take a week or so since it has to go through my bank account instead of the canceled card, what does a "canceled refund" mean? I tried to open a case, however, Paypal says I have already received the money so I have to contact the seller regarding any issues. Help, please!
