Cancel payment

A payment has been deducted but I wasn't able to order the product due to the country. However this amount isn't refunded back to me and not showing in my account.

Can't see screenshot so is it marked as pending / completed payment / refunded or cancelled in your paypal account?

I didn’t receive a payment in my paypal. Just a notification on paypal.

I didn't ask if you received a payment as i guessed from your post you were a buyer?

So what does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?
