Can’t receive claim from others

I haven’t received any notification from others who sent claim to me. Others said they already transferred successfully and in pending. My email address is correct (only one email address) Is that situation normal happened? Should I wait for a couple days? Thanks a lot for helping.

No idea what you are referring to, you don't receive claims, you receive payments so don't know what you mean.
