Can't Receive Funds - Help!

I opened an account as a business two weeks ago. I have confirmed my email and linked my bank. I've been sent many payments to my new account, as I can see in my emails. When I click the button "Accept your payment" in each email, a new tab opens and either never loads or shows an error message. This happens in multiple browsers on multiple devices. When I log into my account there is nothing shown under activity at all.

How can I accept my money??
