About Card and transaction

Hey, I tried sending payment to my friend through PayPal, but it's showing "Sorry, your preferred payment method isn't available, please choose another". I couldn't send the payment until now, please help me resolve this issue

If not then which funding source have you got linked to your paypal account that you are using to fund the payment and have you confirmed it?
