Why PayPal checkout doesn't enable credit cards on Woo Commerce ?

Hi There! 

I wanted to use PayPal checkout payment method so that my customers pay using their credit card, and so I installed the plugin "WooCommerce Paypal Payments" on my WordPress store. However, according to the error I get, show below, PayPal still doesn't enable credit card processing for my customers on my PayPal business account.

Error: "Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal. If your account is new, this can take some days. Otherwise, please get in contact with PayPal."
