Our shopping cart stated failing yesterday... cannot see why

Yesterday we started getting customer complaints that when they try to pay with PayPal they get the infamous:

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

 

I have looked at our POST request and I don't see anything wrong, here are the form fields as reported by Chrome Developer Tools:
