I just received this card. I checked my PayPal account and I have a spending limit of $X,xxx a day/$Xxx ATM withdrawl. I went to ATM and tried to withdrawl money using CHECKING as the help forum has suggested and it denied my request. Do I have to link another account to this card (IE: checking account or another credit card) or do I have to make sure that I send monies to PayPal so my PayPal US Balance is over $0.00 before I use this card? Yes, I have already confirmed this card and changed the pin number on this card also.I'm quite confused on what the point of this card is if I can't use it for my business? With the exception of the "cash back feature of 1%, there really isn't a point of having this card for my business, correct?
