Refund dispute issues

Hi I’m so frustrated, I asked PayPal for help and they just sent back a generic reply which didn’t answer my question, not even the same topic! Basically I booked a taxi in Spain, and then they wanted to charge me more money as they entered wrong destination so they agreed to give me a refund and I could rebook. I was charged to cancel so I tried to contact them through email but I kept getting back the emails were apparently no longer in service. I lost complete faith in company so just wanted a complete refund and requested this through PayPal. They accepted but I put the item through as tangible goods and they asked me to change that but I don’t know how and now I have a transaction id saying unclaimed refund and I don’t know how to claim it..... please can someone help? It also says that when they receive the goods back, they will give me a refund, in the dispute part. I have asked them to just say I have returned them but got no response. It was over £109 so need my money back and PayPal didn’t help as it hasn’t nothing to do with them! Even though it was about how to use their site!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
