Hi all, I recently setup a store for a Game Server I am creating and after doing some testing I found that if I charge a player $0.30 for an in-game item, paypal takes this entire $0.30 payment as a 'fee' which in turn means paypal is taking 100% of received payments as a fee and I do not receive a single cent, is there some sort of minimum limit that paypal decides that taking 100% of the payment is too much? ie if I change the item price to say $0.99 will paypal still take 100% of that payment?
I also attempted to make refund the payment (as it was only meant for testing purposes) however this lead to me being out of pocket $0.30, will paypal compensate me for that 100% fee that they took? or once they take it that's it, I never see it again?

^^ Above is a screenshot of the amount received and the amount paypal took as a fee.

Did you not read up on fees before you starting selling?

Fees 2.60% + 30 AUD

I did, though didn't think it would take the entire 0.30c - Its not really clear on the thresholds (or at least I'm just having trouble understanding it properly) hence why I asked here hoping someone might be able to clear it up for me.

Well as that ...
Fees 2.60% + 30 AUD
is the fee then yes they would take all the fixed fee part of the payment if you only received that small amount.
