I moderate a community marketplace, and suspect there is a user creating new Paypal accounts with fake names and new email addresses. How can I report these suspicious, fraudulent accounts to the Paypal team for investigation?
Click on 'legal' very bottom of any paypal page > select paypals acceptable use policy > scroll down and there is a link to report any violations of that policy.
