Can't reach customer service for more than a month

It has been more than a month and everytime I try to reach out to PayPal Customer Service I get the message that there are no Customer Service Agents available at that time. I tried different days and different times during those days but it never worked nor were my messages saved anywhere. I had recieved support from before but now I don't get any reply. Has anyone faced this issue? What would you advice? I'm sure only someone who has access to my account transactions will be able to help and this is why I need the Customer Support Agent. Thanks for the help!

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
