Can't confirm email or read/send messages

Hey all,

I have just started my account and when I try to confirm my email, it says "oops something went wrong on our end, try again later".  It has been almost 24 hours of this.  I sent a message yesterday and got an email saying I had a message, but when I go to the message center it says "messages aren't available at this time, try again later".  I now can't send another message unless I end or reply to the first message, which I can't see.  I have no other option to contact support sooooo now what?
