We have started using paypal for processing sales internationally. Each time, money was collected from our customers and is held by Paypal...even after confirmation of shipping and receipt by the customer. How do we avoid this? This is causing tremendous amount of constant followup as our money is detained.
If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.
We are thinking of giving up Paypal as other payment processors are much easier to deal with.
