PayPal is always messing up what already works just fine. We used to get our running balance just by clicking on the link on the main page. If you want to find your statement you need to go to activity, then click download on the right above where it states action on your list of transactions. The next page that comes up has statements on the list - on the left. Ten you can choose to download.
The only thing correct on the response from PayPal here is that you can't get your balances if you choose pdf, but you also don't get it if you choose any of the others.
A good question is why all of a sudden do they NOT want us to see our running balances?
It's our money - we should be able to see ALL aspects of our accounts.
Message to PayPal - put it back to the way it was.
