I was able to transfer money to my online bank card this morning, and now at 7 pm i no longer am able to, what the **bleep** changed in the last 9 hours???
Same issue here **bleep** is up? I don't have any email saying anything has changed so I'm hoping it's just an error that will be resolved later
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
