Yoo, anyone know why my moneys on hold and they want me to mail it somewhere

If the funds are SHOWING in your paypal balance but on hold then read the link below.

However if the funds are NOT SHOWING in your balance then don't send anything because it may be a scam, if the funds were on hold they would still show in your paypal account activity etc.
