money disappear after withdraw to my visa card

i have 298$ left on my account so i tried to withdraw to my card today a 100$

after confirming the withdraw button an error message appear asking me to try again later, so it's ok

i went to the wallet again i found my balance 198 instead of 298$ .. they deducted 100$ !!!

i checked my recent history / activities --> nothing changed 24 hour passed and nothing changed Money just gone and disappeared !

What should i do ??

No answer 4 days passed already money appear again but still cant withdraw Message error when i try to withdraw is : We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
