hi everyone,
i have a negative balance of about $18 in my account right now, and every time i try to add money to resolve it i get an error message that says "we're sorry, things don't appear to be working right now. try again later." it has said this all day every time i try to log on. how can i resolve this? if i don't resolve it, will paypal just take the $18 from my bank account or will i get charged more? i don't want to incur an insufficient funds fee from my bank, that's already happened twice as i've tried to resolve this 😕
