Hello everyone, i was trying to link my card to paypal but this message keep showing up "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." So i called my bank and they told that my card is already linked to a paypal account, and you have to contact paypal for solution, but i don't know how someone can link my card to his paypal account without the confirmation code that paypal send to my phone.
