Hi everyone, help !
I sold a coat on Ebay on the 17th February and was notified that the buyer had paid by paypal and to prepare the parcel and send. So I did
I didnt know that I then had to go to Paypal to try and retreive the funds and I am still trying, now the 4th Marrch 2021.
I have a linked bank account, so that seems fine, and I have requested the money but it says that I dont have anything in the paypal balance. Then a message came up saying the money would be in my account in 24 hours but that was days go. I am at a loss as to what I should have done, other than not sell the coat at all. Can anyone help please.
