I tried to add my business account in Upwork, but it returns error when I click "Approve" button, for the account is not verified. But I have added bank account and credit card, paying successfully somewhere else.
I can't get any useful information from the PayPal support chat, they respond after a couple hours and keep asking me to add my bank account without observing, listening and understanding my case.
