Hello! I've recently started streaming on Twitch, and am still unable to receive the donations I've gotten during this time. The very first donation I got on the (I think) 21st of December, I didn't realize I had to process it as an intangible item until, I believe, the 29th, which I promptly did. It's been over 7 days now and, according to https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/faq3743, it should've been released from the hold but it's still on hold.
I also received a donation yesterday (Jan. 6th) that I marked as an intangible item today (Jan. 7th) that's on hold still, but that kinda makes more sense.
Is there anything my donators can do to expedite the hold wait? Why is that first donation still on hold despite being well over the threshold of wait time that the Paypal FAQ itself dictates?
