Trying to buy Crypto and Receiving errors

Has anyone been trying to buy crypto specifically BCH for the last 24 hours? I’ve been receiving continuous errors trying to use my debit card. Is the app/site down? I hope now that PYPL is in the crypto game they understand ten ramp up.
