Transfer on Hold

Hello, I need help here. I transferred some money to a friend and it is stating that the money is currently on hold, meanwhile, it has left my account. What do I do to release the funds to my friend please?

As you don't have the friends/family option in your country then all payments will go as goods/services and the receiver be subject to the new seller hold as per link.

That is as long as your friend is not in Nigeria as well as the option to receive paypal payments is not available in Nigeria?

If they mark the transaction as processed then then you may have the option on your account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If you confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
