Hello I need help for a couple of days now I am trying to transfer money to my mechanic to purchase some parts for my car as well as trying to send the money to my bank and also trying to order online none of these works and I contacted PayPal support they took hours I mean hours to get back to me and when they did they told me the system is preventing the transfer and I need to wait 24 - 48 hours for the system to reset. I did waited for 48 hours and tried again the transfer won't go through either way and I contacted the support again its over 3 hours now no one will reply to my messages. PayPal sucks of recent I need help with this I don't know if someone here can help me out my Chrysler 300 is still in the garage because of this.
