Release Funds: Tracking not synced with carrier.

My buyer has received his package a few days ago & left positive feedback.

 

The problem is the PayPal/eBay tracking system shows item as "Shipped" and is not syncing with the Carrier (Canada Post)  who shows the item as delivered. 

 

My funds are awaiting this "delivered status" so can someone please advise what to do, is this an eBay issue?

Please ensure the tracking information is entered correctly on the transaction details. If the carrier is missing, the tracking information will not update, and the funds will not be released.
