Hey, so for context a while back when I was living at another previous address I used PayPal for like the first time; and I suppose that account got locked but had an owing balance?
I'm really unsure at this point, this was so long ago.
Anyways, I got an email today more than 4 years later from Paypal saying I owe $47.83 and NCRi is trying to get a hold of me to pay it back.
I am really unsure if this is legit with all the spam and stuff going on in this world, can someone please let me know if this is legit?
