PayPal was supposed to transfer $241.32 to my bank account in minutes... 3 days later complaining multiple times and talking to my bank who never received the transfer... Paypal has Given me 3 different excuses sent me a confirmation number saying it was tranfered but obviously hasn't!

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
