i bought 2 order from Dell by PayPal Cash Plus balance in Aug 6 2020 and Aug 7 2020 Dell send a email for me said
"We regret to inform you that your recent order # ********* for the Alienware Area 51m has been cancelled due to a Dell error.Your payment method will not be charged for the item. In the event you have already been charged for the item, a credit will be promptly issued. Any authorization hold on your credit card account will be released in accordance with your financial institution's holds policy. Please contact your financial institution for more information. "
But i still see in paypal 2 transaction still hold on pending and hold my money on that. How can i get back my Paypal cash plus balance for 2 those transaction ?
