Payment on hold

Hi everyone! So I'm a new seller on Ebay and sold an item which was a portable charger. I recieved an email saying it was sold along with the buyer's address. However, when I go to the Paypal app, it says payment received but it also says its on hold. In addition, when I go to print the shipping label through ebay, it says the buyer has not paid and recomend holding on to the item. What is my next step? Thanks!

If you are certain there is a record of payment related to your portable charger eBay sale in your PayPal account -- by matching up amount of payment and customer info -- even though PayPal has it it on hold, see if you can mark order as Payment Received on eBay and try to buy postage label eBay again.
