My Payment is on Hold and I am Unable to message PayPal or have someone call me. Horrible Customer Service.
this is the message i get when i try to message them. this is the 3rd day i have received this message.
"Our apologies, but messages are currently unavailable.
Please close this window and select another contact option"
When I call them they have made an excuse of being overwhelmed with calls and instead of return the call they hang up and ask you to use the messaging option.
My question to PayPal is why am I paying a $25 fee for payment when I cannot communicate with customer service and my payment is delayed and I have to wait 21 days to get the payment.
This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Well as you have not asked for our advice but just vented about customer services then i suggest you try.....
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
