PayPal is an evil rip off company They are trying to steal $1000 from me anybody else having this experience any recommendations???

As you haven't given any info on how they are stealing from you then sadly hard to advise.

I can give first hand accounts of PayPal not releasing their clientele’s money. I believe PayPal needs to retrain their support staff and hire more people.
