Hi Goodmorning I'm from Philippines and I don't know how to put money into my paypal account. Does anyone know about this. I hope that I can get a information here . Thank you Jocelyn

That option is not available in every country, if you click on transfer below your balance and there isn't one for add funds then sadly you can't.

However as a buyer you never need funds in your balance, paypal will take from any linked and confirmed card.
