Hello, my question for you all today is why do I get the message "your identity can't be verified at this time" whenever I try to cash a check using the "cash a check" feature in the PayPal app? I don't see how this can be when looking at my PayPal account details it shows that PayPal has everything that you could possibly need to verify my identity from submitting pictures of my CA state driver's license to having my social security number and every other detail about who I am. So why can't they verify my identity when it comes to cashing a check what else do they need a DNA sample?
