So I recently sold some items to this woman in Ireland, she paid through PayPal and the money is on hold I have the receipt to show that I have posted the items but yet she is saying she hasn’t received the items yet. If she tells PayPal she hasn’t received it Will the money on hold go back to her I really don’t like using PayPal for this reason 😩
