Money on hold

Hello

Today, I received the payment from the customer but it was on hold, and I got the email from PayPal state that "We've placed the payment for this transaction on hold because your account has been inactive for a while. The amount will appear in your pending balance and will be available after the order is fulfilled." which I'm quite confuse because I have been doing the transaction constantly since before this one. Does any know how to make PayPal recognise my account as active
