Money Transfer to my bank account reversed

Hi, I was trying to transfer money to our abnk account (Handelsbanken) but it was reversed two times. I contacted Handeslbanken and they cannot see the problem.

So I added another bank account (Handeslbanken) to the PayPal account but I´m not able to make the money transfer to this account. I always receive the message "Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later". It`s now more then 4 weeks i try to get the money to my bank account. I`ve sent several messages to the Customer Support but no answer from them.... The callcenter is closed due to Covid-19.

Any one who had experienced this error before and had a workaround?

Did you confirm the bank with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Is the name on the bank account the same as the name on your paypal account?

@kernowlass Thank you for your answer. I was never asked to give that code and I never received the code on my bank account. There is also no possibility to re-send the code. Do you know how I could get the code and where I could fill it in then? Thank you in advance.
