My daughter accidentally transferred the money from my Paypal to a debit card (debit card number) that was already closed by the bank. I did not authorized her actually but she came to have an access when she borrowed my mobile phone with Paypal app in it. The transfer did not reflected on my bank account. However, when I filed a dispute with Paypal, it was closed and denied the refund. What can I do next? Please help!

Hello @DivineRC,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent transfer to your card. As PayPal can not stop a transfer once it begins, I'd recommend reaching out to your card company / bank to see what options they may have.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
- Jon K
