I uploaded a picture of my stimulus check for Paypal mobile check deposit it was declined with the error A1O3 a few days ago. I went to my check cashing place to cash my check and they said it's still pending on Paypal's end. Can y'all release that since it was declined? I would like to cash my check!!!
