Long pending time for funds

Some amount of money was send to me Not a lot (smth like 400 usd) but due to not using PayPal for a long time it pended my funds . I sent as sup asked an ID and all but it still on pending and I can’t use my money. Except that I got mail from sup that everything is ok it still on pending . I get that is delay but I’m struggling with this for 4 days already. And still can’t get any access for my funds

Is it showing in your paypal balance or activity or not showing at all and you are relying on the payment from an email received?

If pending is there a clearance date OR is it on hold as per the new sellers hold?

Were the funds sent in a currency you have added as a receiving currency to your countries paypal account?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Does the payment show as unclaimed on the senders side, if so double check the email address for spelling errors or typos.
