I know that I can transfer money TO my PayPal account FROM my bank account. I just need to know HOW to do that.
Telling me "you can [transfer] using your debit or credit card" is telling me something I already know -- that's not too helpful.

So, do you know HOW to do this?

Honestly, I don't see a "Transfer From Bank To PayPal" button anywhere.

It is not possible to add funds into a PayPal account with a debit or credit card, except to pay a negative balance bringing the account to a zero balance.
