Hello. First off I am not a seller and I have received this refund through paypal because I got a faulty product and the seller gave me the option to have my refund through paypal and I accepted and now it's on hold because paypal assumes that I'm a seller and I have to provide proof of delivery. What can I do in this case? Thank you
