I live in the U.S. and have made international transfers to this pay pal account before, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I have 7 pounds, and when I try to move it to my bank it says "There is no balance to transfer." In the activity and summary tabs, it says that I have received and accepted the 7 pounds. On the wallet tab, there is no place for me to select different currency- although I didn't do that last time, I just read in here that sometimes you have to select a preferred currency. There is nothing about currency anywhere in my wallet page. TIA
